Patient Hospitality
At Lima Memorial Hospital, we want our patients and their families to feel as comfortable as possible. So we make sure you have access to the accommodations and services that make you and your loved ones feel cared for. We have flexible visiting hours and comfortable family waiting areas throughout the hospital, plus access to our cafeteria, gift shop and vending areas, even wireless Internet access. Hospital maps are posted throughout the facility.
If you need anything to make yourself or your room more comfortable, call Ext. 5199 for Patient Services or contact the nursing station or any caregiver for assistance.
Please note: Lima Memorial Hospital is a 100% non-smoking facility.

Located just inside the main entrance, you’ll find everything from flowers to stuffed animals to books to candy.
Cafeteria
Hungry? Or maybe you just need to take a little break? Stop by our cafeteria located on the ground floor of the hospital and enjoy an assortment of delicious food and drinks. There are also vending machines located throughout the hospital.

Breakfast, 6 a.m. – 10:30 a.m.
Lunch, 11 a.m. – 2 p.m.
Dinner, 4 p.m. – 7 p.m.
Late Night, 11 p.m. – 3 a.m.
Admissions Desk
If you have an appointment, are scheduled to enter the hospital as an inpatient or are pre-registered, expect a warm greeting at our admissions desk located in the foyer of our main entrance on Bellefontaine Avenue. Here, we’ll answer your questions and provide you any information you might need. Lima Memorial Emergency Center also admits patients according to a doctor’s directive.
